Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise civil works and infrastructure projects, managing planning, quality, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and optimization of resources **Requirements:** \- Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with over 4 years of professional experience. \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Resident. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Resident with proven infrastructure project experience. \- Proficiency in MS PROJECT, P6, Powercost, P6, AutoCAD, and BIM. \- Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. \- Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. \- Experience in civil works and infrastructure projects. \- Experience with PMBOK, BIM, Last Planner, and Lean Construction. **Responsibilities:** \- Coordinate on-site work and report to supervisors. \- Monitor and/or control physical progress and economic performance of the project. \- Prepare client and subcontractor work valuations. \- Prepare, monitor, and justify contract change orders (additions and deductions). \- Ensure project execution within established quality, scope, schedule, and safety parameters. \- Optimize use of equipment, tools, and human resources, ensuring their proper utilization. \- Plan and coordinate with direct site personnel and subcontractors involved in the project. \- Supervise and control the quantity and quality of materials incorporated into the work, coordinating sampling and corresponding testing. \- Submit weekly or biweekly progress reports and immediately report any anomalies affecting project scope, schedule, quality, or safety. \- Manage material requisitions and prepare reports on work progress, quality control, personnel organization, meeting minutes, measurements, valuations, and other administrative documents. **Benefits:** \- Formal payroll enrollment from day one. \- Social benefits under the microenterprise regime. \- Pleasant working environment. \- Team-building meetings. \- Training opportunities. \- Career development path.
