Implements continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes. **Transportation and Logistics Company** is seeking a **Logistics Operations Supervisor** to lead and comprehensively supervise transportation, distribution, cargo tracking, and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with service levels, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory roles within logistics operations, freight transportation, or distribution. * Experience leading operational teams, warehouse operations, cargo tracking, and distribution. * Knowledge of local and national freight transportation operations. * Knowledge of transportation documentation management (waybills, freight charges, manifests, and operational documents). * Proficiency in performance metrics (KPIs). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with TMS systems and GPS monitoring platforms (preferred). * Preferred experience in operations for public entities and government contracts. Responsibilities * Comprehensively supervise warehouse operations, cargo tracking, distribution, and transportation. * Lead the operational team and supervise the execution of assigned tasks. * Coordinate and control goods receipt, storage, classification, dispatch, and delivery. * Supervise route planning and proper allocation of vehicles and resources. * Monitor adherence to committed delivery timelines and service levels. * Supervise the performance of operational staff, drivers, and couriers. * Ensure accurate management and traceability of operational documentation. * Manage incidents, observations, returns, and operational contingencies. * Prepare management reports and operational KPIs for senior management. * Implement continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing time, cost, and productivity. * Maintain ongoing coordination with warehouse, tracking, operations, and customer service departments.
