Job Summary: A leading pharmaceutical company seeks a Technical Director to assume leadership before DIGEMID, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assume Technical Management before DIGEMID and competent authorities. 2. Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations. 3. Coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory procedures. On behalf of our client, a prominent pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a **TECHNICAL DIRECTOR**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Pharmacist-Chemist, duly authorized to practice in Peru. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience in regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical distribution, and drugstores. * Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, quality management, pharmacovigilance, and health regulations. * Advanced English (certified). * Intermediate-level Office skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assume the company’s Technical Management before DIGEMID and other competent authorities. * Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations, including GMP, GDP&T, pharmacovigilance, technovigilance, and document management. * Coordinate inspections, audits, observations, and regulatory procedures before DIGEMID, IPEN, and other entities. * Review and maintain up-to-date technical and health documentation for imported products, suppliers, and regulatory files. * Support the introduction of new products, registrations, authorizations, portfolio expansion, and projects related to nuclear medicine or radiopharmaceuticals. * Coordinate with international suppliers to obtain technical documents, certificates, data sheets, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), GMP certificates, and other required information. * Supervise quality processes, storage, distribution, traceability, complaints, deviations, and corrective actions. * Provide technical\-regulatory support to Management, Operations, and Commercial teams during meetings, tenders, client engagements, and strategic projects. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment under Peru’s general labor regime. * Compensation above market standards. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee.
