Job Summary: Internal Audit Assistant to verify policy compliance, organize audits, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Verify compliance with policies and propose modifications. 2. Review and organize documentation for internal audits. 3. Promote the improvement of risk management and control processes. **Responsibilities:** Verify compliance with company policy manuals, procedures, and internal standards, and propose modifications thereto. Review and organize the documentation required for conducting internal audits. Document process flowcharts for audited processes. Collect, analyze, and validate information and evidence required during audits. Contribute to maintaining and updating databases, indicators, and records of the Internal Audit Department. Promote continuous improvement of risk management, control, and governance processes, and verify achievement of their overall objectives. Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. One (01\) year of experience in similar roles within consulting firms or medium- to large-sized companies. Desirable availability to travel with the team (South and North) \- travel expenses covered. Desirable intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable knowledge of Power BI for report and indicator development and analysis. Desirable experience in reviewing process documentation. Desirable knowledge of Internal Audit, External Audit, Internal Control, and Risk Management. Desirable knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes. Desirable familiarity with control and risk management frameworks and methodologies such as COSO, COSO ERM, and ISO 31000\.
