Manage training requests and support selection activities **Requisition Number:** 23709BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire an HR Assistant for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least four (4) years of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Develop and maintain up-to-date training and recruitment metrics to ensure timely position coverage, turnover rate tracking, and measurement of training impact on the organization. * Manage training requests, including preparation of forms, vendor quotations, and coordination of required signatures for external training delivery. * Support technical, psychometric, and leadership interviews by managing schedules and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process. * Support the execution of development and training programs, including logistics and tracking of employee participation, to contribute to the team’s professional growth and close skill gaps. * Collaborate in onboarding and orientation processes for new employees, delivering a positive experience from day one to facilitate integration and commitment to the organization. **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position are: * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Advanced Excel and Visio proficiency required. * Intermediate English proficiency. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 31,000 professionals working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
