Job Summary: Responsible for the commercial management and sales of Oil Free Air products, advising and prospecting customers to maintain and increase market share in southern Peru and/or southern Lima. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial management and sales of Oil Free Air products 2. Technical and commercial advisory services to industrial and mining customers 3. Development of sales strategy and expansion of customer portfolio **Mission** ---------- Responsible for the commercial management and sales of specific Oil Free Air division products (compressors above 90 kW, blowers, and accessories) in southern Peru and/or southern Lima, as assigned commercially. The objective is to advise, retain, and prospect customers in accordance with internal Group policies, thereby maintaining commercial standing within current customer portfolios and increasing market share. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Conduct periodic visits to industrial and mining customers within the assigned geographical area (southern Peru and/or southern Lima), ensuring appropriate commercial planning. * Expand the customer portfolio according to established guidelines. * Timely identification of business needs and opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio and prospects. * Provide technical and commercial advisory services to the assigned customer portfolio. * Plan and implement sales strategies for assigned customers. * Prepare sales forecasts and requirement plans for assigned customers. * Develop Territory Management plans for each assigned customer. * Monitor customer account statuses and assist in resolving payment delays. * Maintain up-to-date CRM records for customers, contacts, and opportunities. * Prepare monthly reports on the assigned customer portfolio. * Train customers (or their organizations). * Other duties related to the position. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of commercial experience in selling or leasing industrial equipment, preferably compressed air systems or related products. * Knowledge of industrial applications, compressed air equipment, and blowers. * Familiarity with air treatment equipment. * Knowledge of industrial water cooling equipment. * Understanding of the industrial market in the assigned geographical area (southern Peru and/or southern Lima). * Advanced English proficiency (Desirable) * Intermediate Excel proficiency (Desirable) **.** ----- At **Atlas Copco Perú S.A.C.**, we promote an inclusive culture grounded in respect, diversity, and equal opportunity for all.
