Review, document, standardize, and redesign operational workflows related to registration, justification, and delivery of benefits.
1\. Analyze end-to-end workflows and propose process redesigns.
2\. Develop, update, and publish standardized process manuals, protocols, and diagrams across all network locations.
3\. Analyze market-available technological and methodological solutions that resolve operational bottlenecks at their source.
4\. Identify automation opportunities using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or direct integrations with HIS/ERP systems.
6\. Continuous communication with the responsible specialist physician, budget executives and guarantee letters team, hospitalization and admission staff, and operating room scheduler—with focus on surgical workflow.
