Position Summary: Lead, coordinate, and supervise data analysis, process reengineering, training, and control initiatives across the Clinic Network. Key Highlights: 1. Lead key initiatives in data analysis and process improvement. 2. Design loss mitigation plans and operational adjustments. 3. Monitor compliance with protocols and technology adoption. **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Lead, coordinate, and supervise data analysis, process reengineering, training, and control initiatives across the Clinic Network. 1\. Supervise and align deliverables from Operational Intelligence, Process, and Training teams. 2\. Ensure each service is properly recorded, allocated, and substantiated at the source. 3\. Design root-cause-based loss mitigation plans and lead the deployment of the revenue operational adjustment plan. 4\. Monitor proper adherence to registration protocols and adoption of new technological tools across clinical\-operational fronts. **Requirements** **Candidate** ------------------------------ * + Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or Systems Engineering * + Specialization or postgraduate degree in Health Management, Finance, Processes, Revenue Cycle, or Transformation. * + Knowledge of revenue cycle\/healthcare, cross-functional leadership, KPIs, root cause analysis **Selection** **Process** ---------------------------- The selection process is conducted through Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
