Job Summary: Responsible for the commercial management of sales of specific products from the Air & Gas Applications division in the industrial and mining sectors of Peru and Bolivia, advising and prospecting customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the sales of Air & Gas products in the industrial and mining sectors. 2. Expands the customer portfolio and identifies business opportunities. 3. Provides technical and commercial advisory services to customers. **Mission** ---------- Be responsible for the commercial management of sales of specific products from the Air \& Gas Applications division (air blowers, low-pressure compressors, and accessories) in the industrial and mining sectors of Peru and Bolivia. The objective is to advise, retain, and prospect customers in accordance with the Group's internal policies, thereby maintaining commercial positioning within current portfolios, achieving commercial targets, and increasing market share. **Responsibilities** ------------- 1\. Periodically visit industrial and mining customers in the region with appropriate planning. 2\. Expand the customer portfolio according to established guidelines. 3\. Timely identify customer needs and business opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio and prospects. 4\. Provide technical and commercial advisory services to the assigned customer portfolio. 5\. Plan and implement sales strategies for assigned customers. 6\. Prepare sales forecasts and requirements tables for assigned customers. 7\. Develop Territory Management plans for each assigned customer. 8\. Monitor customer account statements and assist in resolving payment delays. 9\. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system for customers, contacts, and opportunities. 10\. Prepare monthly reports on the assigned customer portfolio. 11\. Train customers (or their organizations). 12\. Other duties related to the position. **Requirements** -------------- * 3–5 years of commercial experience in the sale or rental of industrial equipment, preferably industrial air blowers. * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of industrial applications including wastewater treatment, pneumatic conveying, industrial fermentation, and relevant air-blowing applications in Mining and Oil\&Gas. * Familiarity with industrial air blowers and low-pressure air compressors. * Understanding of the industrial market. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite. * Knowledge and experience using Power BI and CRM systems. **.** ----- At **Atlas Copco Perú S.A.C.**, we promote an inclusive culture grounded in respect, diversity, and equal opportunity for all.
