Job Summary: We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to design and build generative AI solutions, automate key reporting, and translate business needs into viable technical solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking: GenAI Engineer **Responsibilities** * Design and build generative AI solutions for internal use cases (copilots, assistants, automations, intelligent search, information extraction/summarization, etc.). * Automate and consolidate key reporting: design and build data pipelines that automate recurring report generation (e.g., Brand Health, Experience Indexes), consolidating diverse sources into interactive and efficient dashboards. * Translate business needs into viable technical solutions by defining the functional architecture of the AI solution. * Develop workflows and applications integrating foundational models, prompting, RAG, agents, APIs, and other AI capabilities based on the use case. * Connect solutions to information sources, internal systems, knowledge bases, and company operational processes. * Develop and maintain data extraction algorithms (scraping) to monitor competitors in real time: price evolution, active promotions, new product launches, and presence on delivery aggregators. * Integrate social listening tools to measure consumer sentiment and detect emerging trends in the food industry ahead of competitors. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, data solutions, applied AI, or similar roles. * Experience building solutions with LLMs / GenAI, APIs, automations, or intelligent assistants. * Artificial Intelligence: Practical experience working with Language Model APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and frameworks for agent development (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar). * Important: Ability to deliver solutions addressing real business problems—not just experimentation. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm * Work location: Miraflores, Lima * Hybrid work model * 100% EPS health insurance coverage * Benefits under full payroll registration (CTS, bonuses, vacation) *At OM, we do not discriminate based on race, ethnic origin, age, sex, gender, marital status, ideology, political opinions, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social condition.* Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per hour Work location: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
