Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor from a call center background to offer telephone and fiber services to customers in Spain, including making outbound calls, providing consultation, and handling objections. Key Highlights: 1. Contact potential customers to offer telephone and fiber services. 2. Advise on telephone packages tailored to the customer's needs. 3. Overcome objections regarding contract duration, coverage, and pricing. **EXPERIENCED SALES ADVISOR** We are a call center company focused on delivering telephone services to Spanish-speaking customers. We are currently seeking experienced individuals who are motivated, eager to join our team, and ready to contribute their expertise. **POSITION:** EXPERIENCED SALES ADVISORS focused on TELEPHONY FOR SPANISH CUSTOMERS. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** \- **Outbound calling:** Contact potential customers in Spain to offer number portability or new telephone and fiber lines. \- **Commercial consultation:** Identify customer needs (data usage, voice minutes, TV services) to recommend the package best suited to their profile. \- **Objection handling:** Professionally address customer concerns regarding contract duration, coverage, or competitor pricing. **\- CRM data entry:** Accurately categorize each call and update the database to ensure effective sales follow-up. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education or technical/university students. \- Proven experience working as a Call Center Advisor serving Spanish-speaking customers (Mandatory). \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel for report generation. **COMPETENCIES:** \- Sales: Practical ability to close sales. \- Assertive Communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently. \- Results Orientation: Focus on enabling trainees to achieve sales/ service targets. **WHAT WE OFFER:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am \- 3:00 pm (45-minute break) Compensation: S/. 1,200\.00 \- S/. 1,800\.00 Paid training MYPE legal payroll Our office is located in Los Olivos Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
