Our mission is to create safe and productive work environments through risk prevention and continuous improvement. **Available Position: Occupational Health and Safety Officer (Bachelor's Degree)** We seek a professional with initiative and field leadership capabilities to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines at construction sites. * Prepare and submit technical OHS reports and documentation. * Maintain daily safety activity records and deliver induction talks. * Plan and conduct training sessions related to risk prevention. * Collaborate on tasks assigned by management. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1.5 years** or **2 years** of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Up-to-date knowledge of **Standard G.050 – Construction Safety**. * Competencies in effective communication and group leadership. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Conditions** * Employment type: **Full-time – Permanent**. * Work modality: **On-site**. * Workplace: Various locations across Lima, with availability for travel to provinces as required by the service. * Availability to perform night shifts when required.
