Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead teams, manage incidents, and coordinate preventive actions across various environments. Key Highlights: 1. Generation of technical reports and presentations Academic Qualifications * Training courses in Security Supervision, Risk Management, or Critical Infrastructure Protection. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the private security sector. * At least 1 year as a security supervisor or coordinator, preferably in shopping malls, retail establishments, industrial plants, or similar settings. * Experience in incident management, loss reporting, accident handling, and emergency response. Requirements * Training in emergency situation management and first aid. * Knowledge of private security regulations (Law 28879, Supreme Decree 003\-2011\-IN, etc.). * Proficiency in operating video surveillance systems (CCTV), alarm systems, communication radios, access control systems, and security patrols. * Ability to draft technical security reports (theft, robbery, findings, accidents, etc.). * Familiarity with protocols for coordination and response with PNP (National Police), Serenazgo, Fire Department, Civil Defense/INDECI. * Knowledge of evacuation regulations, emergency plans, and drills. * Proficiency in office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (for monthly reporting). * Basic knowledge of ISO 45001\ management systems. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and direct the security agent team and CCTV operator. * Manage and report incidents, thefts, robberies, and emergencies. * Coordinate preventive actions with external authorities (PNP, Serenazgo, Fire Department). * Verify compliance with security protocols and access control procedures. * Prepare monthly presentations on security management (incidents, progress). * Monitor and evaluate security patrols, access controls, and central monitoring center operations. * Participate in emergency drills, Civil Defense inspections, and internal training sessions.
