Job Description We are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (ORPS) to supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards, ensuring safe conditions for operational and field activities. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying risks, implementing preventive measures, and promoting a safety culture within the organization. Requirements * Bachelor's degree, professional title, or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, or related fields. * Diploma, specialization, or courses in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and current OSH regulations. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist, SSOMA Supervisor, or similar positions. * Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, Work Permits, and risk management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability for field work. Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations during operations. * Conduct safety inspections and report substandard acts and conditions. * Prepare and review ATS, IPERC, work permits, and SSOMA documentation. * Deliver induction talks, training sessions, and 5-minute safety talks. * Verify correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Prepare safety reports and documentation. * Participate in emergency drills and emergency response plans. * Coordinate implementation of preventive measures to reduce occupational risks.
