We seek an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and contributing to the achievement of departmental goals. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. Post job openings on various job boards and professional networks. Conduct resume screening and coordinate interviews with candidates. Track selection processes and maintain an updated candidate database. Prepare and organize administrative and HR documentation. Manage physical and digital files, ensuring order and confidentiality of information. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative activities for the department. Provide support in onboarding and follow-up of new employees. Prepare basic reports and indicators related to recruitment and administration. Requirements Technical or university studies in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and/or recruitment functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience using job boards and recruitment platforms (desirable). Basic knowledge of personnel selection processes. Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Desirable experience with human resource management systems (ATS or ERP). Competencies Organization and planning. Attention to detail.
