Proactivity and strong communication skills We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with an excellent service attitude to join our team as an Operations and Customer Service Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the store's daily operations, customer service, order coordination, and internal process supervision to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. **Main Responsibilities** * In-person and WhatsApp customer service * Sales and social media management * Cashier support during shifts * Order coordination and delivery dispatch * Entering orders into the system * Receiving suppliers and purchase control * Warehouse organization and inventory management * Supervising and supporting production and store staff * Assisting with store decoration and presentation **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service, operations, or store administration * Basic Excel and order system proficiency * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactivity and leadership capabilities * Immediate availability **Benefits** * Immediate payroll enrollment * Bonuses in July and December * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * Vacation days * Stable employment contract * Working hours: MONDAY TO SATURDAY * Includes breakfast Preference given to candidates residing in nearby areas.
