Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Manager with proven experience in comprehensive, robust, and integrated accounting, coordinating and supervising the accounting department, preparing tax returns, and generating reports. Analytical ability and capacity to work under pressure. **CR FORWARD** is a leading Peruvian company in the retail and commercial sector, specializing in the **importation and wholesale and retail sale of high-quality footwear and sneakers**, with nationwide distribution. We are currently seeking an **Accounting Manager** with proven experience in similar roles and expertise in comprehensive, robust, and integrated accounting. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate accountant, licensed or bachelor's degree holder. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as coordinator, supervisor, accounting officer, or similar position. * Thorough and solid knowledge of general, financial, and tax accounting. * Proficiency in tax regulations, IGV (General Sales Tax), income tax, deductions, withholdings, collections, and SUNAT tax declarations. * Experience in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Proficiency in electronic accounting books, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work on-site in Breña (Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 7:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm) **FUNCTIONS:** * Coordinate and supervise the accounting department. * Review purchase, banking, import, payroll, accruals, and provision records. * Prepare and/or review tax declarations. * Prepare accounting and financial reports for management. * Monitor compliance with accounting, tax, and labor obligations. * Respond to SUNAT inquiries and internal audits. * Perform appropriate cost calculations for imported products, considering accounting concepts. **COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership and ability to manage subordinate personnel. * Order, responsibility, and technical judgment. * Analytical ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Effective communication and results orientation. **Ideal Profile:** A professional with strong character, leadership, and mastery of comprehensive, robust, and tax-oriented accounting—capable of organizing processes, preventing contingencies, and ensuring reliable information for decision-making. **WE OFFER:** * MYPE payroll registration from the first month. * Fixed salary of S/2,500 or more, depending on experience. * Overtime compensation.
