Job Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Project Architect to lead the technical development of the architecture department in a large-scale urban project in the Peruvian rainforest, focused on comprehensive architectural feasibility. Opportunity for growth based on performance and project expansion We are looking for an Integrated Project Architect to lead the technical development of the architecture department within a large-scale urban project (120 hectares) in the Peruvian rainforest. The candidate will work directly with the General Architectural Directorate, providing technical support for the master plan, urban development, and the design of residential typologies as well as complementary areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * · Technical development and optimization of the Master Plan. * · Coordination of urban development and integrated planning. * · Development of construction-ready architectural drawings. * · Resolution of conflicts among architecture, structural engineering, and other disciplines. * · Preparation of construction details. * · Technical supervision ensuring consistency between design concept and constructability. * · Support in developing the phased implementation strategy. * · The project architect must participate not only in the technical development of the project but also in its execution, field supervision, and direct on-site problem resolution, actively working alongside the team whenever required by the project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * · Licensed and registered architect. * · 5 years of experience in urban and/or residential project development. * · Experience in construction drawings and technical coordination. * · Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * · Proficiency in Revit (preferred). * · Experience in medium- or large-scale projects (preferred). * · Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues. * · Strong analytical capacity and constructive judgment. * · Experience in urban projects. **WE OFFER:** * · Participation in a high-impact urban project with national projection. * · Direct collaboration with the Architectural Directorate. * · Opportunity for growth based on performance and project expansion. **IMPORTANT:** * · We seek a technically skilled and solution-oriented profile. * · This is not a position focused on conceptual design or visualization, but rather on comprehensive architectural development and feasibility.
