Creation and editing of Revit families (mandatory requirement) MIC Arquitecto is seeking a graduated Architect to join its team, with a focus on modeling and project development. **Location:** Lima – Jesús María – on-site basis. **Position Type:** Professional internship (graduated candidate). **Compensation:** S/ 1,000 to S/ 1,500 (based on evaluation and interview). **Job Objective:** Provide support in architectural design development and BIM modeling, drawing preparation, technical reporting, and project documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in drafting and updating architectural drawings. * Development of 3D models for architectural projects. * Preparation of activity progress reports. * Use of 3D modeling tools (primarily Revit). * Creation and editing of Revit families (mandatory requirement). * Support in preparing valuations, technical dossiers, and final reports. * Development and tracking of work schedules. * Budget development in Excel. * Internal coordination to ensure timely project deliverables. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Architecture (not current students). * Proficient use of Revit (modeling and family creation) is mandatory. * Knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable). * Proficiency in Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW for graphic support. * Familiarity with Blender (desirable / added value). * Basic Excel skills (budgeting and tracking). * Strong organizational ability, responsibility, and results orientation.
