We are looking for a **Senior Java Full Stack Developer** passionate about technology, innovation, and building scalable, high-impact solutions. **Role Summary:** As part of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining business-critical applications. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, ensuring continuous integration and efficient cloud deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain a robust backend using Java 8/11 and the Spring Framework (Boot, Data, Cloud, Security, Batch). * Implement dynamic user interfaces with React (or Vue.js) and JavaScript. * Manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes using Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, and Bitbucket. * Ensure code quality and compliance with standards in AWS and GCP environments. * Maintain and evolve integrations with enterprise middleware (IBM ACE and JBoss). * Work using agile methodologies (SCRUM), managing tasks via Jira. **✅ Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of relevant development experience. * Strong knowledge of Java 8 and 11 \+ Spring ecosystem. * Proven experience with IBM ACE and JBoss (mandatory requirement). * Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins, SONAR, Artifactory, Bitbucket. * Experience with cloud services: AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Knowledge of Python and Django (desirable/complementary). * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lima. **We Offer:** * Full statutory payroll and benefits * 100% covered complementary health insurance for the employee * Birthday leave day * Attractive corporate benefits program * Dynamic work environment * Professional growth opportunities * Competitive salary * Remote/hybrid work options depending on the role We take pride in our multiculturalism, as it promotes diversity, equality, respect, tolerance, and inclusion.
