Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Professional Intern to manage, report on, and monitor digital services; conduct training; and manage sales performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Growth in the commercial field We are Bitel, a multinational telecommunications and information technology (ICT) company offering telephone, internet, mobile device sales, and new technology development services. We are looking for talent to fill the position of Commercial Professional Intern. WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Monitor and submit daily and weekly reports on digital services. Conduct happy calls to verify branch staff’s knowledge of commission policies and products. Calibrate and monitor branch digital service assistants. Track monthly digital service targets across branches nationwide. Deliver training to branches regarding policy changes and updates. Develop report templates for tracking performance indicators. Monitor sales indicators using Excel reports and calculations. WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION? Recent graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Engineering, or related fields. Prior knowledge or experience in commercial areas (desirable). Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (desirable). Familiarity with e-commerce and sales force management (desirable).
