Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute day-to-day operations of the access service, ensuring compliance, order, and efficient support. * Manage **provisioning and de-provisioning of access** processes. * Validate user access and permissions in accordance with established policies. * Perform **user and permission updates** across various systems. * Administer access and operational services on platforms such as **Linux and Windows Server**. * Manage access across multiple systems and applications. * Support automation through **creation and use of basic scripts**. * Knowledge of ticket management tools such as ServiceNow**.** * Use operational tools and databases for access control. * Provide functional support and maintain constant interaction with end users. * Maintain clear and effective communication with involved departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in access management and/or IT support. * Knowledge in: * Linux and Windows Server * SQL and Oracle (basic – intermediate preferred) * Access management (IAM – operational level) * Intermediate\-advanced Excel * Organizational, effective communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to learn, organize, and focus on details. * 2 years of experience in access-related topics.
