Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to execute administrative processes, manage inventory, generate purchase requests, and prepare reports at AUNA Laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization. **Job Description** ---------------------- Execute administrative management processes to ensure achievement of financial objectives and identify improvement plans. Accurately record and control AUNA Laboratory’s inventory, including monitoring material and supply inflows and outflows. Generate purchase requests (SOLPED) and purchase orders as required to supply the laboratory with materials and services for its operations. Supply various laboratory departments with required materials and supplies according to scheduling and within budget. Prepare reports, statistics, and other documents related to AUNA Laboratory’s administrative processes. Manage logistics documentation for AUNA Laboratories (RYR, POSAC, OG). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduate of Technical Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Experience in administrative support positions. * Preferred: SAP ERP knowledge. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
