Analyzes AI trends and translates them into practical recommendations. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **AI Solutions Specialist** for the GEN AI Innovation team in **Lima, Peru.** ***Mission:*** Design, structure, and manage Generative Artificial Intelligence adoption initiatives at Credicorp Capital, contributing to the deployment of capabilities, licenses, training programs, and use cases that accelerate AI integration into daily business operations. This role serves as a bridge among strategy, adoption, business, vendors, and key stakeholders, ensuring initiatives translate into concrete outcomes, measurable value capture, and sustained growth in AI maturity across the organization. ***Responsibilities:*** * Design and execute Generative AI adoption initiatives in coordination with leaders, user areas, and key stakeholders. * Manage the deployment and tracking of Generative AI tool licenses. * Identify and structure AI use cases by level, role, business area, and business need. * Design, coordinate, and track the deployment of training programs, workshops, and enablement sessions on Generative AI. * Manage Generative AI projects and initiatives from definition, tracking, through implementation and value-capture monitoring. * Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams involved in AI initiatives. * Analyze trends, solutions, and emerging capabilities within the Generative AI ecosystem. * Prepare tracking inputs, metrics, diagnostics, and executive recommendations regarding AI adoption and usage. ***Requirements:*** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics, Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to digital transformation or digital channels, innovation, technology, consulting, digital tool adoption, data, and analytics. + Experience managing or tracking projects, initiatives, or programs involving multiple stakeholders. + Experience structuring use cases, gathering business needs, and articulating requirements with internal or external teams. + Experience monitoring results, adoption metrics, or value indicators. + Preferred: experience coordinating training programs, workshops, deployments, or enablement sessions with business users. + Preferred: experience managing vendors or partners in technology, innovation, or transformation initiatives. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other Generative AI tools oriented toward productivity, analysis, and exploration. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Basic/Intermediate proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis, tracking, or exploration. * Proficiency in collaborative and initiative-tracking tools. * General knowledge of foundational models, assistants, copilots, and LLM-based solutions. * Preferred: Basic/Intermediate proficiency in Power Platform and Copilot Studio (or similar). * Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms or enterprise AI ecosystems. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. ***Additional Knowledge and Skills:*** * Generative AI applied to business. * Concepts of LLMs, prompting, copilots, assistants, and enterprise use cases. * Technology adoption strategies and change management. * Identification, structuring, and prioritization of use cases. * Monitoring of value capture, productivity, and impact metrics. * Stakeholder management and executive communication. * Vendor management and third-party coordination. * Ability to translate AI trends into practical organizational recommendations. * Habit of continuous learning about tools, trends, and the evolution of the GenAI ecosystem. ***This posting is open to persons with disabilities.***
