**Objective:**
Lead the development and execution of underground mining projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and technical performance objectives. You will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams during study, engineering, execution, and commissioning phases, guaranteeing successful client delivery and promoting operational excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
· Lead underground mining projects under EPCM and feasibility study models.
· Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring appropriate coordination among mining, geology, geotechnical, ventilation, infrastructure, construction, and operations disciplines.
· Ensure compliance with HSE standards, promoting a safety culture aligned with Worley’s values.
· Ensure achievement of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
· Manage project risks, opportunities, and changes.
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
· Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of technologies that enhance project safety and productivity.
**Position Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• Over 15 years of professional experience, including at least 12 years in project leadership or technical management roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale underground mining projects under EPC and/or EPCM arrangements.
• Experience in pre-feasibility, feasibility, execution, and commissioning studies.
• Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written.
• Willingness to work in Lima office and undertake site assignments.
