You will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams during study, engineering, execution, and commissioning phases, guaranteeing successful client delivery and promoting operational excellence. **Responsibilities:** · Lead underground mining projects under EPCM and feasibility study models. · Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring appropriate coordination among mining, geology, geotechnical, ventilation, infrastructure, construction, and operations disciplines. · Ensure compliance with HSE standards, promoting a safety culture aligned with Worley’s values. · Ensure achievement of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance objectives. · Manage project risks, opportunities, and changes. · Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders. · Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of technologies that enhance project safety and productivity. **Position Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. • Over 15 years of professional experience, including at least 12 years in project leadership or technical management roles. • Proven experience in large-scale underground mining projects under EPC and/or EPCM arrangements. • Experience in pre-feasibility, feasibility, execution, and commissioning studies. • Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written. • Willingness to work in Lima office and undertake site assignments. **Key Competencies** • Leadership and development of high-performing teams. • Strategic project management and decision-making. • Ability to manage interfaces and interdisciplinary collaboration. • Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Ability to operate effectively in multicultural and highly complex environments.
