Job Summary: We are seeking an Asset Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive lifecycle management of technology assets, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance. At Stefanini, we are over 30\.000 brilliant minds connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Aligned with the improvement plan developed and approved in the latest committee meeting, the role of “Asset Manager” has been implemented, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive lifecycle management of technology assets (hardware, software, and services). * This role ensures traceability, availability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with PetroTal’s business processes. * Key responsibilities: * Centralize and certify inventory information from all suppliers. * Ensure identification, registration, location, status, and change traceability of assets. * Maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) up to date. * Map infrastructure with services and business processes. * Manage asset transfers, decommissioning, labeling, and licensing. * Coordinate with business units to ensure data integrity. * Conduct annual physical inventory and develop action plans for discrepancies. * Develop and implement IT asset management policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. * Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies. * Coordinate with multiple departments to identify asset needs and requirements. * Manage the IT asset acquisition process, including vendor selection and negotiation. * Track and monitor asset usage, performance, and maintenance schedules. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in asset management. * Ensure proper disposal of retired assets in accordance with company policies and regulations. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT asset management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as an IT Asset Administrator or similar role. * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and asset management principles. * Familiarity with software licensing and compliance requirements. * Proficiency in asset management tools and software. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CMDB) are an advantage. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
