Job Summary: This role manages complaints, accompanies and guides patients, and monitors critical areas within a healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and resolve complaints according to the established workflow. 2. Accompany and guide patients in outpatient modules and pharmacy. 3. Monitor critical areas across various services. **Job Description** ---------------------- Receive, manage, and resolve complaints in accordance with the Complaint Handling Workflow. 1\. Accompany, guide, and monitor patient flow in outpatient modules, pharmacy, imaging, and emergency departments. 2\. Provide follow-up for VIP and INS patients in the outpatient area. 3\. Place reading materials and report any identified malfunctions in public areas to Maintenance. 4\.
