About the Role The Coordinator / Engineer – Quality is a professional responsible for controlling processes at the assigned plant, using measurements of specific product characteristics (raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, and/or merchandise), supported by procedures, work instructions, and/or operational practices, to meet product requirements set by the company and/or regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities Operational Perform process control and monitoring for the assigned area. Evaluate raw materials, in-process and finished products, reporting quality deviations and alerts. Participate in corrective action investigations and pre-approved improvement trials. Comply with established procedures and work instructions. Administrative Support the development and monitoring of quality plans. Manage product release or hold decisions based on evaluation results. Record product status in SAP and prepare technical documentation (procedures, work instructions, IPERC, etc.). Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and change management. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Comply with health, safety, occupational health and environmental policies, procedures, and standards. Correctly use PPE and report incidents, substandard acts or conditions. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and properly manage waste. Participate in training and comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines. Requirements EDUCATION AND/OR ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS University degree (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering) or completed technical qualification (Chemistry, Industrial). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum five years’ prior experience working in Quality departments of industrial plants. Experience leading work teams, with direct reports. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS ROLE Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\. Data and statistical analysis capability. LANGUAGES Intermediate English preferred.
