Job Summary: Supports system improvement and innovation, process optimization, project development, technological documentation, and service testing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in project development and tracking. 2. Documentation of technological processes. 3. Support in service testing and new platform testing. Collaborate with the development and project teams to enhance and innovate systems, and optimize processes. Provide support in project and requirement development and tracking. Document technology processes. Support testing of services and new platforms developed within projects. Requirements University student from the 7th semester onward, majoring in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of SQL and programming languages C\# and Angular. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Information Analysis, Project Management and Agile methodologies, Process Analysis and Improvement.
