Monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of implemented improvements. **Publication Date:** February 26, 2026 **Salary:** S/3,500\.00 per month Job Description: **Objectives:** We are looking for a Process and Transformation Analyst who is proactive and results-oriented, responsible for analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams. This role serves as the bridge between operational and development teams, contributing to the design and implementation of efficient solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. **Responsibilities:** *1\) Gather information, understand user needs, and derive insights from users across various processes using analysis tools such as Customer Journey Map, Service Blueprint, etc.* *2\) Redesign processes and propose improvements aligned with user needs to enhance operational efficiency, traceability, and agility* *3\) Develop the proposed service blueprint and build mockups to improve our users’ experience.* *4\) Create user stories and acceptance criteria for the release backlog* *5\) Conduct testing of proposed technological solutions to ensure proper functionality meeting user needs* *6\)* Monitor process KPIs to evaluate the impact of implemented improvements and adjust as necessary. **Requirements:** *1\. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.* *2\. 1–3 years of experience in process management and transformation roles such as Process Analyst, Transformation Analyst, Project Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar.* *3\. Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Management, Scrum, and other ideation tools.* 4\. *Innovation, assertive communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking competencies for process understanding and ideation* 5\. *Proficiency in process and transformation tools such as: Bizagi, Excel, Miro, Power BI, Figma.* Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Salary: S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
