Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Process and Digital Transformation Analyst to lead complete transformation cycles—from diagnosis through implementation and results measurement. We seek a proactive, results-oriented Process and Digital Transformation Analyst for the IT area, with proven experience leading full-cycle digital transformations. The ideal candidate is capable of managing change projects from start to finish: from diagnosis and requirements gathering to technical implementation and final outcome measurement. Their mission will be to serve as the strategic bridge between operational and development teams, ensuring every designed solution enhances agility, traceability, and excellence in user experience. **Work Mode:** 100% on-site in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Responsibilities:** **End-to-End Transformation Management:** Lead and execute all stages of digital transformation projects, ensuring continuity between design and deployment. **Diagnosis and Requirements Gathering:** Conduct information gathering and user insight analysis using tools such as Customer Journey Map and Service Blueprint. **End-to-End Process Redesign:** Propose comprehensive improvements and redesigns to optimize operational efficiency, agility, and traceability from start to finish. **Experience Design:** Develop the proposed service blueprint and build mockups aimed at enhancing user satisfaction. **Requirements Management:** Translate business needs into precise user stories and acceptance criteria for the release backlog. **Solution Validation:** Execute testing of technological solutions to ensure the final deliverable fully meets user needs. **KPI Monitoring:** Evaluate the real impact of implemented improvements through key performance indicators and adjust strategy based on obtained results. Knowledge and Tools **Innovation Methodologies:** Proficiency in Design Thinking, Lean Management, and Scrum, as well as other ideation tools. **Specialized Software:** Expert-level use of transformation tools such as Bizagi, Miro, and Figma. **Analysis and Reporting:** Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for process metric tracking and visualization. 2\. Experience and Education **Specific Track Record:** 1–3 years of process management experience, demonstrating participation in full-lifecycle digital transformation projects within an enterprise’s internal IT department. **Previous Roles:** Experience as a Process Analyst, Transformation Analyst, Project Analyst, or Operations Analyst in technology-driven environments. **Academic Degree:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 3\.
