




Job Summary: Lead and supervise the land and social management for the Caclic – Jaén Norte project, ensuring timely release of areas and effective stakeholder engagement. As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts to drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** Mission: Lead and supervise land and social management activities related to the Caclic – Jaén Norte project, ensuring proper monitoring, control, and coordination of processes carried out by the specialized consulting firm during the design and construction phases, thereby guaranteeing timely area release, establishment of easements, and fulfillment of all land-related requirements necessary for project execution—contributing to schedule adherence, operational objectives, and stakeholder engagement. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and provide technical support to the land and social management team of the consulting firm assigned to the project. * Monitor and control commitments, agreements, and activities executed by the land consulting firm, verifying their timely fulfillment. * Lead and participate in negotiation and engagement processes with landowners, communities, local authorities, and other stakeholders, representing the Concessionaire Company on-site. * Manage and monitor land acquisition, easement establishment, compensation, and interference resolution required for project execution. * Contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of the project’s land and social management strategy. * Participate in and facilitate community meetings, assemblies, landowner meetings, and other social coordination forums linked to the project. * Identify social or land-related risks and contingencies that may affect project progress, proposing mitigation and resolution measures. * Coordinate with legal and technical departments to review land files, physical-legal regularization, and documentation required for area release. * Coordinate logistical and operational requirements necessary for implementing land and social management activities. * Prepare monitoring, control, and progress reports on activities under their responsibility. * Maintain continuous coordination with the project’s technical, legal, and construction departments. * Ensure timely achievement of land-related milestones required for commencement and continuity of construction activities. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position as assigned by their immediate supervisor. **Required Profile** * Academic Qualification / Degree: * Professional degree in Law, Agronomic Engineering, Anthropology, Sociology, Geographical Engineering, or related fields. * Professional registration and current license (desirable). * Specialization, diploma, or courses in land management, social management, negotiation, socio-environmental conflict management, community engagement, or similar subjects. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to electrical easements, area release, and electrical transmission projects (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum five (5) years’ experience in land and/or social management for linear infrastructure projects such as: electrical transmission, highways, hydrocarbons, pipelines, mining, sanitation, or similar works. * Experience in negotiating with landowners and communities, area release, land monitoring, social conflict management, coordination with consultants and local actors. * Experience in establishing electrical easements, compensation processes, direct engagement, and area release for transmission lines and substations. * Experience in community engagement and social management within influence zones of electrical projects. * Experience in projects developed in central and northern Peru is desirable. **Languages and Required Proficiency** * Intermediate to advanced English. **Additional Knowledge** * Proficiency in Google Earth or similar geospatial tools. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of land and social management. * Basic GIS proficiency (desirable). * Valid driver’s license (required).
