




Job Summary: TDM, a leading company in Latin America, is seeking a professional to manage the employee lifecycle, providing support in HR processes and labor administration. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Manage the employee lifecycle by executing onboarding, separation, contract, and renewal processes in compliance with labor regulations * Execute and support the employee onboarding and welcome process, coordinating schedules, materials, invitations, and attendance registration for new staff * Schedule and coordinate occupational medical examinations, track results, and ensure compliance with established requirements for employee onboarding * Provide operational support in recruitment and selection processes * Support workplace climate and organizational culture management * Assist in organizing and executing wellness events, internal campaigns, team-building activities, and corporate dates, coordinating logistics, invitations, and participation tracking * Manage and control labor administration for personnel, ensuring accurate recording and updating of information in T\-Registro, the personnel database, virtual files, and payroll systems; as well as attendance tracking, vacation records, time clock entries, and prevention of labor contingencies * Provide administrative and legal support in personnel management, ensuring proper document management (pay slips, certificates, memoranda, and other documents), addressing employee inquiries, and supporting inspections, audits, and standardization processes; as well as administrative procedures such as opening and transferring salary accounts and CTS accounts, and preparing departmental indicators Requirements: \- University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources \- Knowledge of labor legislation and T\-Registro \- Intermediate Excel proficiency Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
