Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify contractors’ compliance with their obligations regarding works, activities, and controls in terms of schedule, productivity, and progress. * Process client engineering/design information and timelines to support the schedule and programming prepared by contractors. * Review the baseline submitted by contractors, ensuring alignment with terms established in contractual annexes. * Quantify and report on the execution progress of Works and productivity across various projects. * Provide the client with planning, scheduling, and specific quantity information upon request, using required coding. * Monitor and report, based on information provided by contractors, time forecasts—including changes and updates to quantities—using the client’s coding structure. * Perform forecasts based on Baseline schedules and/or updates submitted by contractors, considering actual execution performance to enable a holistic view of the program and an estimated completion date for each contract within WSP’s scope. * Establish measurement and time control mechanisms for additional works requested by the client. * Record, estimate, and review all trends (deviations) that may lead to increased project cost and duration, and timely manage related information and reporting to the client via TREND LOGs. * A weekly “Trend Meeting” will be held, during which WSP presents all recorded and analyzed information, with participation from construction and engineering departments.
