Responsible for ensuring stability, high availability, and operational continuity of critical services through monitoring, automation, and incident management.

**Job Description**

Ensure stability, high availability, and operational continuity of the organization's critical services and applications.
Monitoring and Observability Management: Administer observability platforms; configure alerts, thresholds, and escalation rules for infrastructure, applications, databases, and batch processes.
IT Operations and Automation: Execute operational control of critical services, validate backups and integrations, and automate recurring tasks via scripting.
Critical Event and Incident Management: Participate in War Rooms during P1/critical outages, track service restoration, and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA).
Performance and Metrics Management: Develop dashboards and reports on availability, continuity, capacity, and KPI compliance (SLA, MTTR, MTBF).
Operational Documentation: Maintain updated operational procedures, runbooks, and technical knowledge base.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Production, IT Operations, Application Support, or IT Service Management.
* Minimum 2 years administering monitoring and operations platforms for critical services.
* Experience managing incidents under ITIL frameworks, War Rooms, automation, and report generation.
