




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Supervisor to lead the Helpdesk team, ensure data quality and security, and optimize processes through automation and AI. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking an: IT Supervisor **Your mission within the team** \- Lead, supervise, and train the Helpdesk team, ensuring compliance with user support SLAs. \- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all implemented solutions, adhering to ISO 27001 and internal access policies. \- Document and version code, configurations, and workflows to ensure scalability and maintainability. \- Establish KPIs and success metrics for each automation or implementation. \- Analyze results, identify improvements, and perform periodic adjustments to maximize performance. \- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities. \- Gather, map, and document internal, operational, and strategic processes that can be optimized via RPA, AI, or custom code development, jointly reviewing the pipeline with the Project Manager. \- Analyze the potential impact and ROI of each automation prior to implementation (business cases). \- Design and deliver training to end users and teams to ensure effective use of developed solutions. \- Develop manuals and best-practice guides (documentation) to foster a culture of automation and innovation. \- Stay current on trends in automation, AI, and software development. \- Propose and implement innovative improvements that generate competitive advantages for the group. **What will make you stand out** \- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. · Complementary specialized courses in automation and AI tools. \- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in related roles managing IT infrastructure and applications. \- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure: Windows servers, Fortinet firewalls, WiFi networks, databases, backup systems, antivirus, ServiceDesk management, endpoint management. \- Familiarity with and practical use of AI and automation platforms such as OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Supabase, Lovable, and similar tools. \- Knowledge of information security and relevant frameworks. \- Desired experience in Data Governance (DAMA DM\-BOK) and key advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS). \- Desired: Integrations with advertising APIs (Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, DV360 API) and REST/GraphQL APIs. \- Desired: Experience in ETL and databases (SQL, BigQuery). \- Desired: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). \- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams. \- Clear communication skills with a non-technical focus for business users. \- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \- Adaptability to change in high-velocity environments. **Working Conditions** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm * Work Location: Miraflores, Lima * 100% EPS health insurance coverage * Full payroll benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation days) *At OM, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, sex, gender, marital status, ideology, political opinions, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social condition.
