Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the project controls team in verifying contractor compliance with contractual obligations related to works, activities, and control—specifically regarding schedule, productivity, and progress. * Process client engineering/design timelines to support schedules and planning prepared by contractors. * Support tracking of the baseline schedule submitted by contractors. * Support quantification and reporting of work execution progress and productivity across various projects. * Support forecasting based on baseline schedules and/or updates submitted by contractors, incorporating actual execution performance to provide a holistic view of the program and probable completion dates for each contract within WSP’s scope. * Support establishing time measurement and control mechanisms for additional works required by the client. * Record, support estimation and review of all trends (deviations) impacting project cost and duration, and manage relevant information and reporting to the client promptly via TREND LOGs. * A weekly "Trend Meeting" will be held, during which WSP presents all recorded and analyzed information, with participation from construction and engineering departments. All project trends must be identified during this meeting. * Support tracking and controlling trends and their progress throughout service delivery. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles such as Planning and/or Project Controls, Technical Office, or related functions. * Experience in mining-sector projects is desirable. * Proficiency in Asta Power Project and/or Primavera P6 and/or Power BI. * Preferably residing in Puno, Cusco, Arequipa, or nearby areas. \#Peru \#LI\-GV1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Miraflores**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 1**Job Posting** May 5, 2026, 3:23:35 PM
