We seek professionals passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil, Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Operations and Maintenance Management. * Development of maintenance plans for metallic structures, concrete, and electrical and control installations. * Cost and budget management, supervision, and reporting. * **Software:** * Microsoft Office / Advanced Excel (Mandatory). * Power BI \- Intermediate Level. * AutoCAD 2D \- Intermediate Level. * **Languages:** Spanish / Intermediate English (Desirable). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support to the O\&M Manager in overall area management. * Develop the maintenance plan and schedule for advertising assets and outsourced services. * Analyze the technical, economic, and regulatory scope of maintenance activities. * Monitor the budget, variances, measurements, and certifications of the plan. * Prepare technical and economic progress reports for management and clients. * Coordinate quality controls, inspections, calibrations, and functional testing. * Identify risks (technical, schedule, and cost) and propose mitigation plans. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for failures in corrective maintenance. * Participate in the handover of infrastructure delivered by projects. * Supervise the execution and submission of O\&M contractor reports. * Monitor and analyze area KPI compliance. * Support internal/external audits and comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term contract, general regime. * Opportunity for growth and career path. * 100% company-covered EPS (Health Insurance). * Annual free-day vouchers. * Excellent work environment. * Base Salary: S/ 2,500 Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
