**Job Description**

Manage and promote strategies to ensure patient safety at Oncocenter
* Lead, design, and implement the Patient Safety Program to guarantee care free from avoidable harm, fostering a non-punitive safety culture.
* Present indicator reports to the Safety Committee and Medical Management to prioritize investments or process changes.
* Promote an organizational culture focused on patient safety and continuous improvement.
* Analyze and manage reported patient safety incidents in a timely manner to ensure implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement plans in coordination with service leaders, and promptly issue the final report to Medical Management, site management, and stakeholders.
* Develop, monitor, and report patient safety indicators, and propose improvement strategies based on results.
* Conduct clinical risk and patient safety assessments, define controls and treatments.
* Participate in developing continuous training programs on patient safety, promoting compliance with approved and current patient safety best practices, emphasizing Required Organizational Practices and comprehensive patient safety management.
* Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" and "Foster a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, compassionate care."
* Other duties assigned by direct supervisors.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital-based patient safety
* Knowledge of local regulations and international standards (JCI, ACI, ISO 9001, among others)
