Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Process and Transformation Analyst to lead operational optimization and translate business needs into technical requirements. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a proactive, results-oriented Process and Transformation Analyst to lead the optimization of our operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic bridge between operational and development teams, capable of translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Their primary mission will be to identify improvement opportunities and design efficient solutions that enhance agility, traceability, and excellence in the user experience. **Work Modality:** 100% on-site in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Responsibilities:** **Analysis and Requirements Elicitation:** Gather information and understand user needs using tools such as Customer Journey Map and Service Blueprint. **Process Redesign:** Propose improvements and redesigns to ensure operational efficiency and agility. **Experience Design:** Generate the proposed service blueprint and build mockups focused on improving the end-user experience. **Requirements Management:** Create user stories and define acceptance criteria for the release backlog. **Technical Validation:** Conduct testing of implemented technological solutions to ensure they meet user needs. **Monitoring and Tracking:** Monitor process KPIs to evaluate the impact of improvements and implement strategic adjustments. Knowledge and Tools **Methodologies:** Proficiency in ideation and management tools such as Design Thinking, Lean Management, and Scrum. **Process Software:** Minimum 3 years’ experience with specialized tools such as Bizagi, Miro, and Figma. **Data Analysis:** Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for indicator monitoring. 2\. Experience and Education **Professional Background:** 1–3 years of experience in management, process transformation (e.g., Process Analyst, Transformation, Projects, or Operations), and execution of digital transformation projects. **Academic Degree:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 3\.
