Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and control projects in the telecommunications sector, with experience in Fiber Optics and Microwave Links, and the ability to support and track OITs. We have established ourselves as a leading company in this industry, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Closing implementation OITs for FO and RE in Planner. + Request DF, LB, configuration resources, and ID for assigned FO and RE implementation OITs. + Track RQs (PEXT and PEXT\-OPD) in Provired until closure. + Prepare status reports for completed implementation OITs (FIS) for management. + Receive, review, and apply quality standards to implementation deliverables submitted by contractors. + Support client coordinators and/or temporarily replace them during vacations. + Support contractors in the field and channel requests or escalations to the relevant department. + Update the implementation area's tracking Dashboard (matrix) with dates and statuses of OITs after completion. + Meet established objectives and metrics to maintain defined KPIs. **What we are looking for:** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified Engineer in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related fields * 1–2 years of experience in telecommunications project control, preferably * Power BI – basic/intermediate * AutoCAD 2D * Diagramming software for flowchart creation * Knowledge of project management and control * Design of Fiber Optic and Microwave Link implementations **What we value:** * Commitment to work quality * Teamwork * Flexibility and adaptability * Results orientation * Innovation and creativity **What we offer:** * Full payroll registration from day one * Access to corporate agreement discounts * Free certified training programs * Birthday leave * Hybrid work mode (Mon \- Fri, 8:30 AM \- 6:00 PM\) * Opportunity for career growth
