At **Qory Laboratorios S.A.C.**, we are looking for a **Research and Development (R\+D) Assistant**, who will provide support in the development, optimization, and validation of cosmetic products, actively participating in all stages of the research process until transfer to production. Requirements * Graduate in **Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in Research and Development, formulation, or related areas, preferably in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and **Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)**. * Proficiency in handling raw materials, chemical reagents, and laboratory equipment. * Familiarity with sanitary regulations applicable to cosmetic products. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and weigh raw materials required for formulation development, verifying their identification, condition, and expiration date. * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (master formulas, specifications, and records). * Prepare, clean, and verify the proper functioning of laboratory equipment and instruments before and after use. * Prepare laboratory samples and pilot batches following master formulas and established procedures. * Assist in conducting basic physicochemical tests, such as: pH measurement, viscosity determination, appearance, color and odor evaluation, and density determination (where applicable).
