You are responsible for defining and establishing the necessary strategy for Operational Services, maximizing company results—with special emphasis on customer relationships—and aligning activities and projects within your area with the needs and services demanded by your internal customers. You are responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of auxiliary machinery and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities remain in good operating condition. Carry out general maintenance work and maintenance of service automation components. **Candidate Requirements** * Manage comprehensively (request, scheduling, control, execution, and evaluation) tasks assigned by the Client, ensuring delivery of efficient and high-quality service. * Establish procedures for coordinating and handling work orders related to preventive, predictive, and evaluative maintenance of Drinking Water and Sewerage Systems, in accordance with Client requirements and on-site conditions. * Ensure, through requisition and tracking of warehouse orders, that stock levels of materials, equipment, tools, and various supplies are maintained to sustain process operability and enable immediate response to preventive service activities. * Ensure implementation of the preventive and/or corrective maintenance plan for equipment, machinery, vehicles, and tools to guarantee their proper operation. * Monitor, analyze, approve, and report monthly valuations and technical reports on performed activities to Coordination. * Monitor, analyze, approve, and report weekly workforce schedules and incentives to Coordination, while maintaining appropriate headcount to carry out daily tasks. * Coordinate, supervise, and assess third-party contracted services, verifying strict compliance with the signed contract and reporting both compliance and non-compliance issues. * Maintain ongoing communication with Supervisors and Operations Staff, holding periodic meetings to implement necessary corrective and/or preventive actions regarding events affecting goal achievement, as well as to identify improvements across various processes.
