Job Summary: Epiroc seeks a professional to execute maintenance activities, ensure service quality, and supervise personnel, upholding company standards and national legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Be part of a skilled and collaborative team with clear values. 2. A challenging and interesting work environment in mining and construction. 3. A culture that promotes work-life balance and global professional development. **About Epiroc:** Epiroc is a multinational company present in 150 countries; with innovative technology, it develops and supplies safe, state-of-the-art equipment—such as drilling machinery and construction tools—for use in surface and underground mining. It also offers world-class aftermarket services, as well as solutions for automation, digitalization, and electrification. **Life at Epiroc** By joining our team, you will become part of a group of skilled and service-oriented colleagues who live by our core values: collaboration, commitment, and innovation. The work environment in the mining and construction industries presents unique and interesting challenges not found in other industries. Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Your Mission** Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, daily inspections, and commissioning tasks, ensuring service quality to meet divisional objectives in accordance with Peruvian legislation and Epiroc’s standards, procedures, and policies. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Comply with and enforce contractual terms established and agreed upon with the client. * Attend and participate—alongside the Resident—in daily and/or scheduled operational and safety meetings, where operational needs are coordinated and activities executed during each shift and day are reported. * Coordinate with the Resident on work execution according to priorities, always seeking efficiency and effectiveness. * Manage, together with the Contract Administrator, daily task scheduling, vacations, medical leave, permissions, working days, and rest days for personnel under your supervision. * Develop, train, update, and motivate personnel under your supervision, adhering to Epiroc’s policies and guidelines. * Report daily to the Resident on fleet equipment status and achieved KPIs. * Control the allocation and proper use of Epiroc and client assets, tools, consumables, and PPE for personnel under your supervision. * Manage and control replacement of spare parts and components assigned to equipment, complying with the spare parts and component handling instructions. * Supervise and maintain order and cleanliness in workshops and all tasks performed by assigned personnel. * Decision-making; clearly distinguish what is important from what is secondary, what is urgent from what can wait, and what is essential from what is merely convenient. **Our Ideal Candidate:** * Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mining Engineering degree; licensed and registered with the relevant professional association. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in related positions (preferred). * Knowledge of Maintenance Management (short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance planning for mining and construction equipment fleets—including underground, surface, and construction—and components; maintenance cost structure, hourly rates, preparation of technical-administrative reports, inventory control: assets, spare parts, and tools). * Familiarity with current legal regulations (Supreme Decree No. 023, Law No. 29783), as well as Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage. * Intermediate-level English proficiency (preferred). * Meet health requirements per established protocols (medically fit for employment). * Willingness to travel to high-altitude locations and work under atypical schedules. * Light vehicle driving (Driver’s License Category A2B preferred). * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population. To succeed, we need to speed up the shift towards more sustainable mining and construction industries. We at Epiroc accelerate this transformation, together with customers and business partners in more than 150 countries, by developing and providing innovative and safe equipment, digital solutions, and aftermarket support. All new thinkers are welcome. We are looking for those who want to develop, grow, and dare to think new.
