Accordingly, we invite you to apply for our search for an **HSE Supervisor \- Mining**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with legal regulations and safety, occupational health, and environmental standards on the project. Implement, maintain, and administer the management system within the work team. * Monitor, review, and ensure compliance with HSE procedures and standards on the assigned project. * Address HSE-related requirements of the assigned project. * Represent the technical team on HSE matters jointly with the Site Manager. * Support external audits, inspections, certifications, or managerial safety evaluations related to health, safety, quality, and the environment. * Coordinate, develop, and update risk and environmental aspect matrices for assigned projects. * Prepare or review procedures, work instructions, forms, plans, programs, and other documents to ensure effective project performance. * Develop, prepare HSE-related instructional and awareness materials. * Actively participate in training delivery by conducting courses, classes, or talks. * Communicate to direct reports organizational directives, instructions, orders, or similar guidance applicable to their work. * Initiate, coordinate, participate in incident or nonconformity investigation processes, and follow up on reports related to area projects. * Conduct internal or external audits, office and field inspections, and generate corresponding reports. * Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken in incident or nonconformity reports related to assigned projects. * Coordinate, ensure maintenance and updating of contingency plans for assigned projects. * Perform functions or responsibilities assigned under company programs, plans, regulations, procedures, and other established management tools, as well as requirements of the management system. * Report incidents and nonconformities occurring during duties. * Maintain order and cleanliness in offices or work areas. * Comply with legal requirements and other voluntary commitments assumed by the company. * Review the FR043 file approved by Antamina and implement its execution. If a new FR043 must be developed, it shall be prepared and reviewed prior to submission to the AWS platform for Antamina’s review. * Review and ensure the quality of content in 5-Minute Safety Talks. * Ensure dissemination of Comprehensive Safety Talks. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Degree holder and licensed professional in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 years’ experience supervising and/or executing construction works and/or equipment and facility installation and/or maintenance. * Experience in the mining sector is desirable. * Soft leadership skills for managing contractor teams executing the works. * Availability to work in Huaraz under the applicable work regime. * Willingness to work at altitudes above 4,000 meters above sea level. \#Peru \#LI\-GV1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 5**Job Posting** Apr 23, 2026, 2:43:27 PM
