We invite you to join our team—we are looking for a **TECHNICAL \& REGULATORY SPECIALIST**. In this role, you will be a key contributor in providing technical advisory on regulatory provisions applicable to Pluspetrol’s activities, fostering appropriate communication and relationships with principal supervisory agencies (OEFA and OSINERGMIN), with the objective of anticipating and preventing regulatory contingencies and avoiding the imposition of administrative measures and/or fines that could impact operational continuity. **The challenges you will face include:** * Coordinating and responding to supervision actions conducted by regulatory oversight agencies (primarily OEFA and OSINERGMIN). * Providing technical advisory on regulatory provisions applicable to our operations and delivering technical support for preparing responses to information requests and initiation of sanctioning procedures by regulatory oversight agencies (primarily OEFA and OSINERGMIN). * Conducting audits to identify potential deviations or technical observations regarding regulatory provisions or commitments established in Environmental Management Instruments prior to the start of inspections, promptly communicating them to the relevant departments, and leading the process to correct deviations or resolve observations before OEFA or OSINERGMIN initiate sanctioning procedures. * Maintaining detailed tracking of supervision actions carried out by supervisory agencies (OEFA and OSINERGMIN) to ensure appropriate response by involved departments without impacting organizational operations. * Monitoring observations made during supervision actions and information requests to ensure proper, timely, and contingency-free compliance for the company. * Managing data and preparing presentations on collected information (information requests and inspections), analyzing it to propose initiatives aimed at anticipating administrative actions by OEFA and OSINERGMIN, thereby ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing exposure to sanctioning procedures. **What are we looking for?** * Graduates in Environmental/Civil/Industrial/Petrochemical Engineering and/or Law. * Minimum 8 years of experience in regulated energy sector companies, consulting firms, or regulatory oversight agencies. * Desired specialization in regulatory management, environmental auditing, project management, or related fields. **What do we offer?** We offer our employees various benefits to support their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
