Learning with a brand in development and expansion Store Assistant and Order Preparation At Seiri, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and positive individual to join our team. We are a brand focused on organization and home products, and we seek someone committed, eager to learn, and ready to grow alongside an expanding company. \-Main responsibilities \-Prepare and pack orders \-Customer service at the showroom \-Product and label customization \-Basic warehouse and product organization \-General support in daily operational tasks Requirements: \-Customer service experience \-Responsible, punctual, and committed individual \-Positive attitude and willingness to learn \-Attention to detail and organizational skills \-Ability to work well in a team \-No prior experience in product customization is required, as these tasks are quickly learned. \-Working hours \-Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \-1-hour lunch break (1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.) \-We offer Positive work environment Continuous training \-Job stability and growth opportunities \-Learning with a brand in development and expansion Work location: San Borja, Lima. Salary: Compensation above the minimum wage, based on performance and experience. Bi-weekly payments. Desired profile: Male preferred, as some duties involve package handling and transportation of moderately heavy items. Required experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail/showroom work will be valued. Probation period: This position includes an initial paid probation period to assess adaptation, responsibility, and performance. Work location: On-site employment
