Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator with multidisciplinary capabilities in inventory control, shipment management, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. On-site mobilization for inventory validation and inspections. **WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR** TECNICO EXPRESS S.A. is currently seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator with multidisciplinary capabilities and expertise in warehouse control, logistics, and transportation. **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain warehouse control templates/forms (Excel/Sheets or other tools). * Manage inventories: receipts, issues, adjustments, and stock reports. * Manage inter-branch shipments of products/spare parts: preparation, tracking, delivery confirmation, and documentary evidence. * Coordinate with sales/commercial, warehouse, sales, and administration teams to ensure data and information consistency. * Conduct cycle counts (continuous inventory): physical stock validation, audits, and corrective actions. * Monitor and track transportation documentation (waybills, delivery notes, supporting evidence, etc.). * Propose process improvements to reduce response times. * Mobilize to other sites as needed for inventory validation, inspections, and other area-related activities. * Design and update the warehouse layout map (slotting), assigning fixed or dynamic locations based on turnover rate (ABC) and physical volume. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in Inventory Management or Distribution Logistics. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions (Warehouse Management – High-turnover Distribution). * Demonstrable experience in warehouse, logistics, or transportation, preferably with inventory control. * Knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatching). * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data control, tracking, and reporting (tables, filters, basic formulas). * Attention to detail and discipline in handling information and stock. * Organizational, tracking, and cross-departmental communication skills. **Competencies** * Operational leadership and field personnel management. * Real-time conflict resolution. * Results- and efficiency-oriented mindset. * Assertive and cross-functional communication. * Decision-making under pressure. * Teamwork. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Apply today!** Application Question(s): * Salary Expectation Work Location: On-site employment
