Collaborative work with development and product teams **IDM Technology, specialists in IT solutions**, is looking for a **Junior UX/UI Designer** to join a major company in the region. **Responsibilities:** * Support user research and analysis of functional requirements. * Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of digital interfaces. * Collaborate in creating user flows. * Participate in usability testing and feedback collection. * Maintain visual consistency by following design guidelines. * Work collaboratively with development and product teams. * Document designs and components in design tools. **Requirements:** * Graduate or student in Design, Engineering, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year in UX/UI design**. * Proficiency in tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch**. * Basic knowledge of **User-Centered Design (UCD)**. * Knowledge of **wireframing and prototyping**. * Basic knowledge of **usability and accessibility** is desirable. * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** is desirable. **Benefits:** * Hybrid work arrangement. * Professional development opportunity. * Participation in digital projects. * Formal employment contract.
