Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead the definition and evolution of user experience, from conceptualization through to production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the evolution of user experience in system projects 2. Design and validate information architecture and usability criteria 3. Coordinate and guide the UX/UI team We are looking for 01 UX/UI DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (advanced level) Intermediate English language proficiency Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD Proficiency in web technologies: HTML/CSS, JavaScript SEO and UX/UI tools: Google Analytics / Hotjar or others Project management tools: Jira or Trello RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the definition and evolution of user experience in the Systems Department’s projects. Design and validate information architecture, interaction flows, and usability criteria. Support the full design lifecycle, from conceptualization through to production. Coordinate and guide the UX/UI team, assigning guidelines and validating deliverables. Facilitate alignment on experience and design with internal and external stakeholders. Validate correct implementation of UX decisions during development. Propose continuous improvements based on usage analysis, feedback, and best practices. Document key design decisions and ensure their traceability.
